Kauai Realty, Inc. was established in 1960 by Clinton Shiraishi who foresaw the growth in Kauai’s housing market and created an agency to serve the island’s growing number of home and landowners. Kauai Realty became the very first real estate company on Kauai. Dedicated to integrity, sincerity and diligence, Shiraishi, who remains President of Kauai Realty today, fostered a spirit of hard-working aloha and a vision to provide exceptional real estate services on the island of Kauai that still serves Kauai Realty today.

More than forty-five years later, Kauai Realty is one of the largest real estate firms on Kauai. Still locally owned and operated, the award-winning firm has grown and changed over the years, as has the real estate market. Kauai Realty currently offers two office locations as well as more than 30 active real estate agents on staff and divisions for residential brokerage, commercial brokerage and leasing, and property management. Most of Kaua`i Realty’s agents have been born and raised on Kaua`i and hold more professional certifications than any other real estate firm on island.

Many of the subdivisions residents now call home were initially developed through or brokered by Kauai Realty, including Kawaihau Estates, Wailua Riverview Estates, Ulu Ko, Laaukea Estates, Puako and Pikake Phase 1 & 2. Kauai Realty has also been entrusted with the original condominium brokerage of Poipu Sands, Lae Nani and Village Manor to name a few.
